**TW: Eating disorder**

Starting for myself, my own way of relieving stress and relieving my mood is by eating delicious food ㅋㅋㅋ Eating delicious food, watching a tv shows, or watching Netflix makes me feel very good... ㅎㅎㅎ.

However, I haven't foudn a proper way of relieving my depression yet... ㅠㅠ. To tell you the least, I think I just  sleep so I can't think of anything, or cried a lot while watching a sad movie or drama! In my case, once I get dressed, I tend to get depressed endlessly, but it's one of the things I really want to overcome.






[275+, 4-] To be honest, there's nothing particularly special, just look at my phone, when I look I forget

[205+2-] When I'm really depressed, I feel helpless. I don't want to do anything.

[173+5-] It's a bit of a bad way, but it's almost as if I'm solving with stressful binge eating... I can't get rid of it even after listening to music, watching Youtube, meeting friends, so I once bought 10,000 won worth of ramen, sweets, and gimbap at a convenience store and ate it without thinking. It made me feel better. + I'm adding so you don't misunderstand ❌It's best not to start binge eating in the first place❌ It's a scary habit.

[156+6-] Am I the only one that eats spicy food? If I don't feel good, I buy tteokbokki.

[94+0-] I always get depressed for no reason. So if I'm just too depressed, everything just looks negative, so whenever I'm depressed I delete all SNS. I became more depressed by comparing myself to others without realizing it.. TT

[69+0-] Just sleep... it feels good to get away from reality

[173+5-] Write down what you want to say, how you feel on any piece of paper, and tear it apart. It's really cool.

[14+0-] I'm a student and I have to relieve the stress of studying with studying... I didn't study, so I was anxious and depressed, but it was very difficult to start studying, but eventually the depression disappears as I study. If there's someone like me, study...

[3+0-] Are there people that keep a diary or diary when they're stressed...? On days I'm really stressed, I take out my diary and write my story as if I'm telling my diary and write down what I'm going to do. It's fun to read back through it after you've finished writing. It's fun writing in a diary... and when you're depressed or stressed, don't look at your phone and just go for a walk for no reason. It's nice to spend time alone.
